The personal information we process is provided to us by you for one of the following reasons:
- To respond to enquiries that you may have when contacting us via telephone, email or our website contact us link.
What we do with the information we have
We use this information to reply to your enquiries.
- We do NOT share this information with any other organisation.
- We do NOT use this information in marketing campaigns unless you have opted in.
How we store your information
At first contact your information is stored securely on a secure email server, if an email or our website was used as the initial enquiry. We use a secure clinic appointment system for managing our database and appointments. Following consultation, Clinical notes are stored securely within the clinic and removed to a secure location after two years. The files are kept for six years before being appropriate destruction, following GDPR and GMC/NMC Regulations.
